Black Eyed Susan Vine

One of my all time favorite vining flowers!  Thumbergia will grow 6-8' covering fences or trailing over arbors.  Its perfect bell shaped, bright yellow flowers have chocolate brown throats.  I can't tell you have many visitors have commented on this vine.  Sometimes, I mix it with the red of cypress vine for an explosion of color that the hummingbirds can't refuse.  They like the cypress vine for for the nectar and are attracted the Black Eyed Susans bright yellow color.
