Bulgarian Carrot Pepper grows up to 18" tall and produces peppers that are about 3 1/2" long. 

Like most peppers they start off green, but this pepper ends in an orange blaze of glory.

The color of a carrot! 

Very interesting flavor that starts off fruity and then slowly sizzles as it finishes hot!

The texture of Bulgarian Carrot is crunchy and perfect for roasting. 

Great for salsas, pickles or chutney.
