This radish has long been know for its earliness and round uniformity.  Early Scarlet Globe produces globe shaped, tender, crisp, white fleshed radishes.  Make wonderful bunches for farmers market.  Remember to replant often for continuous crops.

I find early scarlet globe do not get hot or spicy like other varieties can with age.

1940 Oscar H. Will Pure Seed Book says Early Scarlet Globe Radish...

"The market gardener's variety. One of the earliest forcing Radishes and does equally well outside. Th bright scarlet roots are fair sized, globe-shaped and with very small top. We have as good a stock of this superb variety as is grown."
