Red Cheese Pepper Seeds (79 days)

Originating in Spain many years ago these great pimento-type peppers got their name from cheese artisans who used them to impart a red color to cheese.

Fruits are about 3" across, round and somewhat flat in shape.

Red Cheese has super thick, sweet fleshy walls that are perfect for stuffing or fresh eating. 

Very productive.  Perfect for baking or broiling as the thick flesh stands up well. 

Ripens quickly and rarely bothered by bugs. 

Seems to produce sweeter peppers when temperatures are under 90 deg. F.
