Seven Top turnips are known not for their roots, but for their succulent, tender and high quality greens.  Amazing flavor is packed in these leafy greens that are loaded with vitamins A, B, and C.  Try freezing a bountiful harvest. 

Feed the roots to the pigs or goats as they are not very tasty.  This turnip is all about the utterly delicious greens!!!
