A hardy annual herb that is a popular addition to sausage mixes as well as an excellent addition to pork and wild game dishes, the early Romans were known to use Savory steeped in vinegar the same way we use mint sauce.

Prefers full sun and best near a hedge or fence as it’s not wind-tolerant.
