A very tall, fuzzy headed wheat originally from South African.  Finishes extremely well in our hot dry summers. 

Golden, plump kernels held high on strong 5' stalks that rarely lodge.  A nice selection for organic growing because it out grows most weeds and stalks are held high for easy harvesting.  Easy to grow and had few if any disease problems this year. 

Makes an excellent bread flour.
