Satisfaction Gaurantee

At Sustainable Seed Company, we feel we are a partner in your success, and as such are here to support you as much as we can.  We want you to be absolutely satisfied with all our products.  If you have any issue with quality or germination of our seeds or other products, we will investigate the issue and either replace the item or issue a store credit for the purchase price - whichever you prefer. 

Unfortunately, our most common issue we run into is delivery times.  We have no control over the delivery companies, and as such are very limited in what we are able to do.  We will investigate to the best of our ability, but we ask patience as sometimes the tracking is delayed or not updated until delivery occurs. 

DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEE (WARRANTY)
No other express Guarantee or Warranty is made in respect thereof.

EXCLUSIVE LIMITATION OF REMEDY FOR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS
The liability of Sustainable Seed Company for breach of guarantee (warranty), or for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase or use of its seeds or other products, including loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort, shall be limited to replacement of the dissatisfactory item or refund of the purchase price. Nor shall Sustainable Seed Company be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage, including any loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort. Claims for defects in Sustainable Seed Company's products must be presented to Sustainable Seed Company as soon as practicable, and in any event, within 30 days of discovery.
