Planting Tips:

In sping or fall, sow directly into soil 1/8” deep about 1“ apart.  Keep well watered.  For additional crops, sow a new patch every 20-30 days.

Seeding Rate: 32,000 plants/acre, aproximately 2 lb.

Heirloom seeds are hardy but always take care with your garden seeds to give them the appropriate amount of moisture - not letting the vegetable seeds dry out prematurely or overwatering and possibly having them rot.

We planted these mid-spring. The greens are very attractive and really are good in a salad as they are a bit milder than your good old-fashioned mustard. We like them so much we're letting a number of them bolt for seed to see about their winter hardiness.
