I live in Hilo Hawaii where it is hot and rainy, and these little pak choy have grown so heartily that I've even been able to share with the neighbors and then some! They are delicious, and we are eating them as a replacement in everything and anything that uses lettuce, kale, or leafy greens. Not just for stir fry! They taste delicious even with just a little bit of butter, or in an instant pot soup, or just whole. Wonderful little things, and they make a beautiful addition to the garden. It's only been a few months since I planted them and they are now flowering so I can hopefully continue to have baby pak choy for months to come. A word of advice: they love compost tea!
I bought a pound of these and they are vigorous, early enthusiastic plants that love the chill in the morning and made nice compact heads even after a leggy window start. Just dropped 2 tbsp of seeds in a big Mason jar, which will fill with sprouts within a week.
