I have had some trouble with the rosemary and lavender - but who doesn't have trouble with that from seed? But the others have been GREAT little seedlings so far.
Every seed came up, they're about 3' tall with a sturdy stem. Waiting until mid March to put out in the southern (Ga) garden. Will be licking my lips watching them flower and fruit. I like these as an addition to a traditional red tomato salad.
All of the seed in my order arrived in good time. The sweet chinese giant pepper is the only variety I've planted, and it germinated great and are doing well under lights.
I had 40 mph winds my greenhouse fell over and was so surprised the seeds survived two days in the cold under soil and are still growing. The roots were in tact so i transplanted them, they are doing just fine. 10 stars
This is an incredibly delicious tomato. I think every person I have served it to has remarked that is is one of the best tomatoes they have ever tasted. Great any way you have it.

Best used raw in salads and in tomato dishes when the serrated leaves are only two to three inches long. It can be steamed, cooked as a potherb, or pureed and added to soups. Harvested leaves ca...

Intensely bright fuchsia-red plants are just much brighter than most Amaranths we think. Red Garnet can be used as a cooked green, allowed to flower for a dramatic display in the garden or grow it for grain! Some folks share the grain with the birds attracting beautiful buntings, goldfinches and other flying jewels. Red Garnet Ama...

Cornsalad "Mache" is a nutty green used in salads in France for many years. "Mache" is also called lamb's lettuce. Liking cool weather similar to spinach, this tasty green has more than 3 times the vitamin C than lettuce, as well as Omega-3 fatty acids! Grows in a rosette about 1 foot across; the leaves reach about 6" long and are about 2" across. Commonly known as a weed in Europe, Mache is a wonderful addition to any salad!

Cichorium endivia
Organic Broadleaf Batavian Endive (80 days)
Lettuce-like leaves are broad and slightly twisted.
Leaves form around 10-12" heads that are tightly packed with a well blanched, creamy heart.
Makes an excellent garnish as well.
***Like all members of the chicory family, endive has a bitter flavor, but the intensity of the bitterness varies depending on the cultivar and how it is handled. Too much heat causes endive to be over bitter. In hot regions it is best to plant endive...
