Every seed came up, they're about 3' tall with a sturdy stem. Waiting until mid March to put out in the southern (Ga) garden. Will be licking my lips watching them flower and fruit. I like these as an addition to a traditional red tomato salad.
I had 40 mph winds my greenhouse fell over and was so surprised the seeds survived two days in the cold under soil and are still growing. The roots were in tact so i transplanted them, they are doing just fine. 10 stars

Cornsalad Mache Seed
Cornsalad "Mache" is a nutty green used in salads in France for many years. "Mache" is also called lamb's lettuce. Liking cool weather similar to spinach, this tasty green has more than 3 times the vitamin C than lettuce, as well as Omega-3 fatty acids! Grows in a rosette about 1 foot across; the leaves reach about 6" long and are about 2" across. Commonly known as a weed in Europe, Mache is a wonderful addition to any salad!
Now that it got cooler and cold at night I was able to sow the Mache seeds and it looks like all of them came up. I'm very happy since last time I ordered 1oz Mache here from this company not one seed came up. I tried it in the fall, early in the spring, yet, not one seed grew. That was very disappointing.
I attached a picture of the Mache from this year, well, which was planted just shy of 2 weeks ago. At the top you'll see the newly purchased Mache seeds growing and at the bottom are the one that I purchased in 2017 and ever since I tried to grow them. I'm from Germany, I grew Mache (Feldsalat) all of my life and this were the first seeds that never came up.
BUT, all other seeds that I purchased this year and planted grew just fine.

Arugula "Roquette" (25-45 days) Approx. 100 seeds per pkg. The entire plant may be harvested, or individual leaves may be cut from the plant. Leaves give a sharp, spicy, pungent, peppery taste, similar to horseradish, in mixed salads, complementing both bland butterhead lettuce and bitter chicories. Best used raw in salads and in tomato dishes when the serrated leaves are only two to three inches long. It can be steamed, cooked as a potherb, or pureed and added to soups. Harvested leaves ca...
