Every seed came up, they're about 3' tall with a sturdy stem. Waiting until mid March to put out in the southern (Ga) garden. Will be licking my lips watching them flower and fruit. I like these as an addition to a traditional red tomato salad.
I had 40 mph winds my greenhouse fell over and was so surprised the seeds survived two days in the cold under soil and are still growing. The roots were in tact so i transplanted them, they are doing just fine. 10 stars

Cascade Giant Stringless Pole Bean
Cascade Giant Stringless Pole Bean (65 days)
Sustainably Grown Approx. 20 heirloom seeds
This stringless selection was created from the Oregon Giant Pole bean.
Cascade Giant is a wonderful variety for the West Coast or damp conditions with cool nights. Cascade Giant yields a profusion of 8-10" straight, dark green pods mottled with purple. Fantastic for canning or fresh eating.
California Grown Heirloom Bean Out of all the pole beans we trialed this was the premier pole bean for our cool coastal foggy nights. When other beans developed problems Cascade Giant just kept putting out beans. In fact, the only problem we had was keeping people from the winery pulling them off the fence and eating them!
