Every seed came up, they're about 3' tall with a sturdy stem. Waiting until mid March to put out in the southern (Ga) garden. Will be licking my lips watching them flower and fruit. I like these as an addition to a traditional red tomato salad.
I had 40 mph winds my greenhouse fell over and was so surprised the seeds survived two days in the cold under soil and are still growing. The roots were in tact so i transplanted them, they are doing just fine. 10 stars

Coustralee Tomato Seeds
Coustralee Tomato Seeds (85 days)
Sustainably Grown Approx. 25 heirloom seeds
Indeterminate vines with regular leaves.
Coustralee Tomatoes are true monsters that take their time getting that way. They grow tons of foliage to prepare for the arrival of monster 2-3lb fruits that are ribbed and intensely tomato in flavor.
California Grown Heirloom Seed Huge plants and fruits. I mean HUGE on both accounts so give them plenty of room and LOTS of great support. Then wait...wait and wait for it to get real warm at night. They seem to despise our cool nights. Coustrealee was the absolute last tomato to come into fruit out of all 150 tomato varieties we grew, but it was worth the wait. Huge harvests of giant tomatoes. Harvested here in October.
I have grown this variety for several years and it is my favorite in hot, humid Louisiana. Did not save any seed last year so I ordered from Sustainable. My first order was lost in the mail and they quickly shipped another to replace it. The germination was fantastic, close to 100%. I really appreciate the customer service at Sustainable Seeds and will order from them again.
