The name translates Ten Fingers of Naples.
The red plum fruits are born in clusters and weigh 1-2 oz.
Dix Doights de Naples are firm, dry and excellent for canning. Makes a very sweet savory sauce.
Been used in Italian pastes and pizza sauces for years.
