Every seed came up, they're about 3' tall with a sturdy stem. Waiting until mid March to put out in the southern (Ga) garden. Will be licking my lips watching them flower and fruit. I like these as an addition to a traditional red tomato salad.
I had 40 mph winds my greenhouse fell over and was so surprised the seeds survived two days in the cold under soil and are still growing. The roots were in tact so i transplanted them, they are doing just fine. 10 stars

Parisian Carrot Seeds
(55 days) A great little round carrot that is a nineteenth-century French heirloom. Parisian is an early orange-red carrot that grows almost more like the shape of a large radish. Excels in clay or rocky soil where other carrots have problems developing properly. Its flavor is legendary and is highly sought after by organic gourmet restaurants. Fantastic organic market seller and very popular with the kids because of its size. Makes a great bunched presentation.
NOTE: For round roots, be sure to provide even moisture during growth. Drought stress will result in an elongated shape as the roots reach for moisture.
